Merrill is a Rhode Island native, growing up just over the bridge in Bristol. There he gained a passion for cycling through the guidance of his uncle, who is an avid road cyclist. He brings excellent experience to our communications department as an Emmy award-winning photojournalist working in Rhode Island and most recently, South Florida. “I’m ecstatic to be a part of Bike Newport, a wonderful organization that has been doing good work for over a decade. I look forward to helping share their message and mission far and wide”
