
E-Bike Education
You Have the Power! E-Bikes are quickly becoming a popular way of commuting, exploring and getting out on the road. Bike Newport is here to provide essential education and training to keep new and returning riders safe on your e-bikes
Our fun, 2-part course includes
Part 1 – A FREE one-hour program with clear, simple, and actionable steps to learn the best way to ride and care for your e-bike.
Part 1 is an in-person session or online instruction – an e-bike is not required.
Ages 14+ (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.)
Part 2 – On-bike class with skills practice and a group ride. We’ll cover bike safety basics, like…
– The ABC Quick Check, signaling, lane position, collision awareness for safe and responsible e-bike riding, and finish with a fun group ride to practice your skills!
Ages 14+ (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.) Own bike required, tuned up and ready to go. You must be able to comfortably handle your own bike.
