Ten Spot Ride – Tastes, Sips, and Tunes by Bike – August 23rd

August 2, 2020

Get out and ride to lovely locations –  taste, sip, enjoy while you support more and better biking.

The TEN SPOT RIDE is on August 23rd. Only 100 tickets – reserve yours HERE.

A fun day in the saddle – a chance to get out safely-spaced to a sweet adventure on your bike – at your own pace, route, and comfort. You’ll enjoy ten delightful spots in Newport, where you’ll experience delicious recipes, beverages, and tunes – all small-group, safely-distanced, and covid-compatible. The Ten Spot Ride is a fun Summer 2020 event where you can support improving our City for biking and support Bike Newport.

Here’s how it will work:

Before the event you’ll receive a map of ten very special outdoor locations, mostly private residences, in Newport, and an assigned starting location. Over the course of 5 hours – from 11am to 4pm, you may visit each of the Ten Spots scattered around the city. There will never be more than 15 people at any Spot at one time, and several will be fewer. The number will be determined by the size of the garden space to allow very well-distanced visits. All refreshment and entertainment will meet and exceed state health and safety guidelines. At times, a Spot visit may be limited to 15 minutes to ensure that no one waits too long for entrance.

We’re carefully and responsibly planning for everyone’s safety, comfort and enjoyment. We’ve got you covered!

Each Spot offers a special garden location, ambience, and personality – of the host, the site, and the fare. Each Spot will feature unique food, “mocktail”, and music, provided by hosts, sponsors, venues, and entertainers.

Tickets are limited to 100 participants. So reserve your Spot right away!
