Pedal right up to Norman Bird Sanctuary. Bike racks are conveniently located just to the right of the Welcome Center, along the perimeter of the gravel parking lot. People on bikes are welcome to the Norman Bird Sanctuary – but please park your bike in front and respect the trails.

Helpful Tips for biking to the Norman Bird Sanctuary
- Bring LIGHTS, a LOCK, and a HELMET. Your lights will make you SAFE and VISIBLE.
- Ride carefully, follow rules of the road, pay extra attention to motorists, and give yourself time to get there safely.
- Newport is known for its history and beauty – less so for the condition of the roads. Watch for pot holes and ruts!
