Induction Celebration at the International Tennis Hall of Fame
Friday Aug 28th, 11am-10:30pm / Saturday Aug 29th 2pm-9pm
The International Tennis Hall of Fame is a proud supporter of the “Get There by Bike” initiative, partnering to bring high capacity bike racks, routes, and other helpful information to the Induction Ceremony. Parking near the Hall of Fame is limited, so biking is encouraged! In doing so, you are decreasing traffic congestion, parking stresses, and contributing to a more healthy, sustainable community.

Tips for biking to Induction Celebration:
- Bring LIGHTS, a LOCK, and a HELMET. After dark; your lights will make you SAFE and VISIBLE.
- Expect heavy traffic on Newport’s streets. Ride carefully, follow rules of the road, pay extra attention to motorists, and give yourself time to get there safely.
- Newport is known for its history and beauty – but not so much for the condition of the roads. Watch for pot holes and ruts!
- There is no charge to park your bike at the event, though donations are welcome and encouraged! Your donations support Bike Newport’s vital nonprofit community work.
