Jingle Bikes 2013!

December 10, 2013

Come pedal power Santa’s Trees at Bowen’s Wharf!  Our bike-powered generators will help light up the North Pole on five pedal-happy evenings. The tree lights will only be lit as much and as brightly as the pedal power!

The goal: keep the trees lit!

Each night will be hosted by a different local nonprofit. Live music, hot drinks and snacks, and of course – plenty of holiday spirit!

Location: Bowen’s Wharf, The North Pole
Time: 5-7pm each night
Dates and partners:

12/13: newportFILM with Entertainment by Common Fence Music
12/14: The Housing Hotline with Entertainment by Jimmy Winters and Friends
12/20: Paul W. Crowley East Bay MET School, Entertainment to be announced
12/21: Preservation Society of Newport County, Entertainment to be announced
12/22: Arts & Cultural Alliance of Newport County, Entertainment to be announced

We’re lining up music – and heat lamps! If you can help with either, please email us at info@bikenewportri.org.

Jingle all the way!!!
