Let’s kick off Halloween right with a costume ride right through downtown Newport! We’re going to leave from Touro Park (by the Viking Hotel) @ 7pm, zig zag down Bellevue, head up Spring, and ride back down Thames to end at Asterisk. Helmets recommended, as well as bike-able costumes. As always, open event, invite your pals!
