Newport is home to some of the nation’s oldest architecture—which is currently threatened by sea-level rise and the increasing impacts of climate change.
Join the Newport Restoration Foundation (NRF) and Bike Newport on a guided tour exploring resiliency in Newport. We’ll visit historic sites under the care of the NRF in the Point and Historic Hill neighborhoods and see resiliency work in action, including how NRF and the City of Newport are planning for a more resilient future.
Presented as part of Keeping History Above Water 10th Anniversary celebrations.
