Spend a fun-filled afternoon with fellow Bike Newport supporters and staff, and experience all the thrilling polo action during our tailgate picnic at Newport Polo’s All Charity Day Benefit Match. Sunday, July 14th, starting at 4:00pm.
All proceeds directly support Bike Newport’s programs and advocacy, including our In-School Bike Safety Education, Summer Bike Camp, our Ride Island initiative for island-wide infrastructure, and so much more!
Tickets are $30 per person for a BYO picnic (potluck encouraged), or $60 with mimosas and sandwiches provided. Whichever option you choose, we’ll enjoy each other’s company and have a great time! For enhanced charitable support, and a chair reserved for you, consider the ‘Benefactor’ option. Tickets are available for purchase through Thursday, July 11th.

Reserve your Raffle Tickets for purchase at the event. Grand Prize: Win Two 10-Spot Ride Tickets ($300) or a Deluxe Overhaul at The Annex ($225). Raffle tickets will be $10 each, or 5 for $40. Enjoy the grand prize yourself, or make it a terrific gift for someone special. Additional great prizes from Italian leather handbags to padded bike shorts! Raffle tickets can be reserved when purchasing polo tickets below, and are available for purchase at 62 Broadway, or at the Polo event, by cash or check. It’s not necessary to be present to win.
Gates open at 3pm, and in order to enter the grounds you must have your physical printed tickets. We will e-mail your tickets to you on Friday, July 12th for you to print and bring. Your tickets will have a QR Code with the location of Bike Newport’s tailgate area. Our picnic gets underway at 4:00pm. The classic 6-chukker match begins at 5:00pm, and is about two hours in duration. Parking is included with your ticket.
Dress is ‘Newport Casual Chic’ – view here for inspiration. Please bring appropriate wear for varied weather including sunscreen, hats, and/or rainwear. Matches are rarely cancelled, as teams are likely to play through most summer conditions. Tickets are valid for July 14, 2024 only. No rain date, no refunds.
