Bike To The Beach is Saturday, September 13th
Join Team Bike Newport for the 2025 Bike To The Beach Ride! We ride 62 miles (100 km = Metric Century) to the finish at Sachuest Beach in Middletown. Last year our team raised $15,000! With your help, we can raise even more.
Enter “Team Bike Newport” and your donation will support Bike Newport’s programs for children with autism
Supporting local autism non-profit organizations through Bike to the Beach is a direct contribution to the local autism and disability community. Autism, the second most prevalent developmental disability worldwide, receives less federal funding than any other child-affecting disorder.
Bike to the Beach creates awareness and raises funds to support national and local advocacy efforts and programs that benefit real individuals in our community.

See our Bike to the Beach team!
Every dollar you contribute to anyone on Team Bike Newport will directly support Bike Newport’s education programs and equipment for some super special kids who love coming to Bike Newport!

There’s only one state where you can ride the whole state in time for lunch – ok, a late lunch! Come ride Rhode Island with us and have great fun while you support our awesome educational programs for kids with autism. Scroll to the bottom for more information!
How does the fundraising work?
Each team member raises funds from family, friends, co-workers and others to make their $500 (or more!) fundraising goal. Together we’ll make a significant contribution to Bike Newport’s programs for students with autism including group rides with adaptive trikes from Bike-On and hands-on learning in our Bike Garage.
Your donation supports our team & programs for people with autism
