Did you know?
This awesome new shared use path has an unofficial name: THE AQUIDNECK ISLAND GREENWAY.
The public submitted ideas and then voted and chose this awesome name. This shared use path is the first segment of what will ultimately be an island-wide connected network.
What next? RIDOT has submitted the name to the Federal Highway Administration and we await that approval.
